What is your standard delivery timeframe?
We offer complimentary secure shipping on all orders over €100. Deliveries within Ireland typically arrive within 2-3 business days, while international orders may take 5-10 business days depending on the destination.
Do you offer a warranty on your jewellery and watches?
Yes, every piece purchased from Keanes Jewellers comes with a minimum 12-month manufacturer's warranty. Many of our prestige watch brands offer extended international warranties ranging from 2 to 5 years.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy for online purchases. Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all security tags and packaging intact. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.
Can I have my ring resized after purchase?
We provide a professional resizing service for most rings. While many rings can be adjusted in our in-house workshop, certain full-set eternity bands or intricate designs may need to be ordered in the specific size required.
How can I ensure my jewellery is ethically sourced?
Keanes Jewellers is committed to ethical sourcing. All our diamonds are purchased from legitimate sources not involved in funding conflict and in compliance with United Nations resolutions and the Kimberley Process.
Do you provide valuations for insurance purposes?
Yes, we provide a complimentary valuation for insurance with every high-value purchase. For older items or family heirlooms, we offer a professional valuation service carried out by our certified gemologists.
