Please ensure that all items are returned in their original packaging, unworn, and accompanied by the original sales receipt.

  Carefully place the item in its original presentation box and pack it securely in a padded envelope to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label and ship the package via a tracked and insured courier service to ensure its safe arrival at our boutique.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our specialists verify the condition of the piece, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
